FAQ section

20 x 2 bedroom villas. Each villa can convert to 2 x self contained apartments with separate access.

10m IDR / $1,000 $AUD deposit at time letter of intent is signed.
10 days to provide documentation to our lawyers / notaris and for the buyer to conduct due
diligence.
At the conclusion of the 10 days, the contract is executed.
Payment terms are then:
– 30% at time contract is signed,
– 30% at 30% completion,
– 30% at 60% completion,
– 10% at hand over / finalisation

All discussions and communication are confidential – the Letter of intent also serves as a non-disclosure agreement which is effective unless withdrawn by the seller.

10 days from the date the letter of intent is signed, the property is guaranteed for the buyer – should the buyer not sign the contract within the 10 day cooling off / due diligence period and deposit the initial 30%, the property becomes
available for purchase to another buyer.

We ESTIMATE 12 months, but we expect 9 months.

Either party can withdraw within 10 days from signing the letter of intent without cause or reason.
If a buyer does not make instalments on time, a grace period of 30 days will be provided, after which
the buyer foregoes their right to the property.

Lease is 27 years as of July 1st 2023, however, the sale price is for 25 years, with the remaining 18 months
free of charge.
